We require each vendor to have a valid and active sales tax ID and if applicable their necessary food permits / labels.

Each prospective vendor is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, and comply with city ordinances as they need.

It is the vendor’s responsability to do their own research as to what they are needing for their business in terms of permits, tax ID, and more.
